Q: How can I understand which size is the right one for me?

Sizes measures of each item are provided in the last photo of every listing. We strongly recommend customers to calculate size measurement before purchasing.

Q: How do I wash your products?

Our items are machine washable at 30°.
Since the illustrations are hand-printed, please take extra care when drying and ironing.


Q: How do you print your products?

A: We work with a local print shop who help us out with screen printing. 


Q: Can I place an order for a custom size / get this print I like on a different colour / etc?

A: Generally speaking, no. Due to practical reasons, we do choose our own colors and models. 


Q: Can you design / make me a custom tshirt / bag / patch etc?

A: If you'd like to commission our creative director to design a tshirt/sweater/patch/bag for you, contact her at 


Q: I really wanted to buy ____________ but it's sold out! When will it be back in stock?

A: Usually when items sell out we aim to restock within 6 weeks, unless differently specified on our social media accounts. If you don't see your fav tshirt coming back to life, it probably means we decided not to print it anymore. Sometimes you just have to let it go. (But if you're crying every night and/or in the shower, please rant here:


Q: Are you just selling online? I'd really like to try out that t-shirt / sweater before purchasing it!

A: That's legit. If you live in Italy you can request an appointment in Trieste by contacting us at If you're anywhere else in the world, please read the stockists and events sections. 


Q: Do you also sell at events (i.e.: designers' markets, roller derby bouts, other)?

A: We totally do, but we primarily move in Europe. Please stay updated through our social media to get to know if we're coming in your town or check out the events section.






Q: I live in ______________. Do you ship there? What's the deal? How much does it cost?

A: We ship nearly everywhere with Poste Italiane, the italian public mail service. In the national territory shipping may take from 1 to 3 days. For UE it usually takes from 5 to 7 working days. For US from 14 to 20 working days. Asia 15/20 working days. Australia and New Zealand from 14 to 20 working days.

Please note that during Christmas time (often the whole month of december!) shipping services are slowed down. We strongly recommend to place your Christmas orders before november 15th.

The shipping rates are fixed and calculated by us. They are based on the average Italian shipping rates + packaging expenses + taxes. 


Q: Can I have the tracking code of my delivery?

A: We decided to pick the cheapest delivery option, which is great news for you if you wanted to save some money! Unfortunately, this means there is no tracking on your delivery. We do not take any responsibility upon lost packages.

We usually provide tracking codes on orders over 100 euro.

However, if your order is under 100 euro and you want a tracking code, please send an email to before placing your order.


Q: I've ordered something but it's not in my hands yet!

A: Postal service isn't science and sometimes it might take a little bit more than expected, especially during Christmas time. We do not take any responsibility upon lost packages. However, if you still didn't get your parcel please inform us at


Q: My parcel arrived but it was all ripped and my t-shirt / bag / sweater is ruined!

A: We're sorry about that, but we do not take any responsibility upon damaged items. However if that happens, please inform us at 


Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?

A: Yes, within 14 working days from the day we dispatched the package. We'll need accurate photographs of your item to make sure it's in perfect conditions. Once we made sure of this, we can accept it back. Once we got it and confirmed that it has not been used by you, we can proceed with the refund or exchange.
Delivery expenses are entirely charged to the customer, unless the return is due for a mistake we made (see next question).

Jewelry: earrings are not refundable and we do not accept them back once they've been used - for obvious hygenic reasons. 


Q: I've ordered something but you got the color / size / model wrong!

A: Mistakes can happen and we deeply apologize. If you drop us an email at we'll be happy to assist you and proceed with the exchange / return process with no extra charges at all.
